I also do fruit in the morning. It's light, refreshing and much more filling than I expected.
My other favorite is oatmeal soaked in either almond milk or orange juice topped with almonds or bananas. I have some recipes for raw granola but I haven't tried any of them yet.

5 or 6 apples. If I get tired of that, maybe banana ice cream. Oranges later probably. When watermelon is in season that's all I need. No need for menues unless a person particularly likes them. Just pick up something raw and eat it. Or maybe I just like things simple.

Take your pick:
- BarleyMax
- Carrot Juice (optional green juices added in...)
- Fruit Smoothie
- Green Smoothie (60% fruit, 40% green leafy vegetables w/ dist. water)
- fruit (usually apple or banana)
I usually try to consume juices (and fruit) on an empty stomach so that it gets
absorbed properly -- especially melons. See Food Combining.

Victoria Boutenko has been speaking highly of these smoothies and
has an article on her web site -->
http://www.rawfamily.com/articles.html
Basically, it is just some leafy green vegetables (romaine, spinach, etc)
thrown in a blender with some fruit (apples, pears, etc.) and water
to form a smoothie. A way to consume more leafy greens without all
the chewing because the blender assists you there...
See her articles and other information from other respected health folks.
Hope this helps.

I drink chamomile tea with mint to finger warm
and usually a banana and orange sometimes I add pineapple, as I am really getting in to them these days. We still have strawberries growing, so how many we pick of those too.
My hubby usually does his wild foraging in the afternoons for dinner, but if we have any left over, we have that for breakfast too.

I only eat fruit until noon...nice way to start the day.
Fruit usually consists of a banana or pear and a couple of apples.
Sometimes I'll have a smoothie. That's it!

I actually dont do well with sweet first thing so I have a green lemonade at 8am which I share with my 15mo. son.
1 head romaine
3-6 kale leaves or spinach
1 lemon
1-2 apples or 1 apple & 1 pear
1" ginger
Agave - I like tart things but add agave if you want it sweeter. Also adding all very ripe pear will do the trick!
This makes 16-20oz of juice. However, I have recently started making a bit less and put the fresh juice in the blender with a large handful of spinach and wizz up. It's my version of the green smoothie! With the spinach it fills me very quickly which is why I dont make as much juice initially.
I then follow the juice up with whatever fruit I have on hand. Two pieces are generally enough for me. I have this at about 1030am.
If I am going to the gym that morning I will make a smoothie with lots of ice & water and put it in my gym bag and have a swig as I need it followed by a bannana in my car for the ride home.
Try all sorts of things, your body will soon tell YOU what it wants!
Good luck

I begin my morning with warm lemon water and for breakfast I have a banana smoothie. Sometimes I use frozen bananas, but If I don't have any frozen ones I blend 2-3 up with a couple of ice cubes. Occasionally I add ground up sesame seeds or some almond/coconut milk. About 1-2 hours later I have an apple or two. I love the fuji's.
