I've been lurking here for awhile and just want to say hello...

A few months back I went to The Earth Faire and there was a raw food booth. I got the raw pizza there and it was so goooooooooooood!!!!!!!! I can't stop thinking about it. The thing was it wasn't a hard crust. It was a soft crust. I wish that I had gone back to talk to them, but we ran into friends and got sidetracked.

The crust was a soft crust and it seemed to be nut based. Then there was a tomato layer and marinated veggies on top. Anyone know where that recipe might be? It was so soft that I had to eat it with a fork.

I just did a little research and found out who made my food.

It was The Sun Kitchen. Does that sound familiar? I found some more information and Bruce Horowitz is the owner(?). I'm not sure I met him. A lovely young lady with a beautiful russian (maybe) accent served us our food and took our $. He does have some classes coming up soon with RAW Seattle, but it doesn't look like Pizza is happening.

The crust wasn't bready at all it was a little bit chunky like a pate. And, I remember a bit of a sour taste.
