How raw do you have to be and for how long - generally - do you have to be raw to start noticing lighter periods? I've been raw for a month and a half, and they're not getting any better, other than cramps and PMS symptoms disappearing. I eat as much raw as I can, but including the things I'm not sure are raw, I'm probably only 50-60% raw. The last few days I've been nearly 100% after reading about frozen and dried foods not being raw most of the time. I know a bunch of people on a 95-100% raw diet have very little or no bleeding (while still ovulating), and I'm really looking forward to the day when I don't have to deal with this crap anymore. I just don't know how to get there! When does it get better??

100% raw or thereabouts took two cycles to be pain free and low blood loss. I need to avoid things with soy in especially I found. Just up the raw lose the rest and you'll notice a big difference .... it takes different amounts of time for different people.

I'm already pain-free (thank goodness!), so hopefully it won't take long to go away/get lighter. I figured it'd be different for everybody, just looking for the experience of others. Thanks!! :throwhearts:
