"Eat More Kale" being sued by "Eat More Chikin"

OK, this is not necessarily a raw thread, but should be interesting to raw eaters. Chic- Fil - A is suing a guy who has an 11 year old company of selling shirts that say " Eat More Kale", claiming that it is "very confusing to potential customers of Chic - Fil - A, and we need to protect our brand."

Seriously? I didn't realize that Chic - Fil - A sold kale.... and I didn't realize that the entire US population was so stupid that that would be confused at the choice of chicken or kale. Think I will head to Chic - Fil - A and grab a nice kale sandwich for lunch.

There was something similar happened with Stealth condoms being sued in case the population mistook them for warfare aircraft .... that was a long while ago and may even have been apocryphal.
