Brown rice has antinutrients in it and it is hard to digest
Wild rice I heard is similar to brown rice.

Does black rice contain anti-nutrients in it?

All seeds, nuts, grains, etc contain anti-nutrients, to prevent them from being eaten by animals in the wild. Sprouting them removes virtually all/all of the anti-nutrients, and drastically increases the quantity of enzymes, vitamins, and the availability of the minerals and other nutrients.
