Hi everyone,

I just wanted to share my before photo and a month later. I have been on raw for a month now and feel great for it. I still have a long way to go but hope there is a difference from my 1st feb 2012 photo to 1st march 2012

Thanks everyone for your kind comments I am loving my raw diet and feel better each day. I am glad I took the before photo so I can see the changes as I go along and keep me going without falling off the wagon.
