Hi there! :)
As you can see my name is Hannah. I am 18 years old and from Austria (sorry for my english in advance!)
I am very happy that I've finally found a panel I feel comfortable in! So, thanks for that!
About me...
Well, I am a vegetarian for about four years now and I am very happy with my decision. I never regretted it
and I've never missed meat or fish or something like that. I just loathe it...
But I am not 100% satisfied with myself. I wanna lose weight because I just don't feel comfortable in my
body anymore...I wanna lose about 14 pounds to be excact. I tried a lot, a lot of stuff.
I tried to stop eating after 4 p.m. I tried not to eat carbohydrates in the evening (which lead me to huuuge
cravings and late night snacks). I tried to cut out carbs completely.
I always did sports. I love sports! Once I tried '30 day shred' from Jillian Michaels which I didn't finish.
I tried to do sports EVERY day but that doesn't work because of university...
And one day I reached this point, telling myself that I don't wanna try out diets anymore where I have to starve myself.
I WANNA MAKE A LIFESTYLE CHANGE!
And so here I am, very excited to get my body knowing better.
And I am very excited to get to know YOU!
Why you changed your lifestyle, why you chose to be a 'raw foodist'.
If anyone has an advice for me or just says 'hi' I would be very happy! I am very grateful about every little help and I hope that one day I can say 'hi' to somebody new in this panel and help him or her!
