I have and and keratosis pilaris, which have been linked to vitamin C, and A mainly. I am very new to being raw, but always tried to eat healthily. I seem to have corkscrew hairs, but which is linked to scurvy, a vitamin-C deficiency, but my body doesn't seem to be getting better. I am raw, have cut out all wheat, dairy, and soy, but still I am plagued! It's been 4 years since I noticed my skin getting bad, around puberty. I know being raw will help me, but not if my body doesn't absorb anything. Any ideas?

I don't know much about keratosis pilaris, but you might want to try juicing if you're having trouble absorbing nutrients.

Thank You! I developed the condition right along with acne during puberty, so they are obviously connected :)! My body is either off balance with nutrients, damaged, or a combination of both! So, juicing is a good way to get my vitamins and minerals, but if my body is doing something to prevent the absorption I dunno what else to do!

I think with this healing lifestyle and more sun my body will start to process normally again :)!
