avocado recipes

I have 2 ripe avocados and I want to use them at their peak! I feel like I'm racing against the clock, haha!

Please share any great recipes! I welcome anything weird and unusual as long as its completely raw.

I'm especially looking for a great raw avocado ice cream recipe!

The obvious answer is guacamole:

2 avocados
1 lime, juiced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 medium onion, diced
1 plum tomatoes, seeded and diced
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1 clove garlic, minced

edit: you can add some diced or pickled jalapeno peppers if you like it spicy

I'm not sure what others use them for. I also slice em up and put them on salads.

I think Revv has a good lemon mousse type recipe. If not Revv then not sure who but it sounded really good.

I just peel, slice and eat!

I made guacamole the first night, but as you probably know, it doesn't last in the fridge very long before turning brown. :(

Found my new fav raw tomato soup actually on this site so u might of seen it already
1-3 tomatoes(depending on size)
1 Avocado
some onion
black pepper
turmeric
cayenne pepper pinch of sea salt
i use sm clove of garlic

taste like cream tomato soup soooooooo good
