Hey everyone, Right now I am currently living on an organic farm in Costa Rica.

I want to become as alkalized(?) as possible but I still need to respect that this is not my property so I'd prefer to eat mostly what there is already alot of...

Just about any tropical plant you can think of (thats fairly common in the rainforest) grows here so there are lots of options...

Things there are plenty of:

Lemon Grass
___ Grass*?* (it looks like lemon grass only it doesn't have the 'lemon' flavor, its what the horses mostly eat, grows)
Lemons/Limes
Guanabana Tree's (soursop)
Orange Tree's
Yuca (the edible root which is similar to potato)
Pinnaeple
Plantaines/Bananas'

Now this is just what is coming to my head at the moment but really there is MUCH MUCH MUCH more (papaya, mint, lettuce, guaba guyaba, etc)

It would be very convenient if I could mainly use leaves from trees because there are alot of those!

So for people who are familiar with Rainforest greens I would really like some help on first off:

What combinations of fruit and greens should I eat a day?

Which plants specifically are going to benifit me more?

How much I should eat a day (more or less/ I am 160 lbs with a fast metabolsm *19 years old*)

My activity level is moderate...I try to rest as much as possible...I have somehow damaged the long thoracic nerve running from my neck to my pinky (on one side of the body) as well as the sciatic nerve running from my hip to my heel. So if anyone has any knowledge on what plants can help me heal faster in that regard I appreciate it.

Really, ANY info I can get I appreciate I am very new to this.

My Goals:

Become alkaline-ized

Speed up nerve growth

Reduce inflammation greatly

While still managing to keep my weight and not become skin and bones.

I am a fan of Liquid foods so I would love to learn some good combinations of greens/fruit I can use to make juices...

Thanks in advance!!!
