I just had some arrive in the post and was wondering what other people use as sauces.

I'm looking for simple veg-based sauces rather than nut-based ones.

So far I have just added it into salads and used a simple tomato-based sauce.

Are you open mind with olive oil and seeds?

If you are open mind with olive oil. You can use olive oil, himalayan salt, apple cider vinager and a little bit of sweetener. It would be like an asian style dressing.

With seeds.

Use hemp seeds, lemon juice, terragon, himilayan salt and something spicy such garlic/ginger/hot pepper. Add water if need it and blend with your blender. It makes like a nice white sauce.

With vegetable/fruit, you can juice a sweet red pepper, add himalayan salt and something spicy.

Blend also tomato with orange juice, it is such a good flavor both together. (you can add salt and fresh herbs)

All the best!

I just ordered some kelp noodles from raw food world since they were on sale. It will be my first time trying them. Can't wait to try some of these sauces! :)
