I'm in my 5th year of eating 100% raw and for the last 6 months I've struggled. I'm bored with food so I over eat on nuts, I can't find anything that sparks my taste buds again. The weight seems to be piling on and I'm still eating 100% raw just too much high fat. But I can't seem to get back on track and curb my appetitie. Help any ideas I want to feel that burst of life I had when I first went raw.

I bet your life is just more stressful at this time and you need some comfort food.

I would also have a plan when you feel bored. Time to go see mother nature and get that vitamin D

Here is something that may be satisfying to you.

You can add hemp seed in your smoothie. Maybe your body is seeking for omega 3/6. Hemp seed is rich of it. Romaine salad also has a natural oil on them that is omega 3.

You can make a humus with sesame seed. Soak them in a nut bag all day or over night, then juice a lemon, add coriander seed, garlic, himalayan salt and blend well ( add water enough to blend). This will be satisfying to you. Sesame seed is rich in calcium.

Eat more fruits, they are rich in nutrients and guaranty, you will have less a taste for fat.

You can make burger out of your vegetable pulp from juicing. Add Himalayan salt, an oil (could be hemp seed), fresh herbs and blend with food processor. Form pate and enjoy. You can dehydrate the left over. You eat the burger fresh but if there are left, it is best to dehydrate to preserve longer. Put this burger on a romaine salad, a slice of tomato an onion. Enjoy

ps Make a dressing salad with orange juice and tomato (add any seasoning your like). If you want more consistent, add an avocado. Look into the energy soup of Ann Wingmore. Also sprouting legume may be satisfying to you. I love them and eat them as a snack, sometime i put them on my salad.

Thanks Raw Angel Mon I will give all of that a try. Haven't any hemp seeds but I'm sure I can source them from somewhere.
