Check into Spectrum, too. I think theirs MAY be raw...?

I like spectrum better myself. Braggs has some kick to it, which is great for a morning tonic, but not for most of my recipes. I like Bragg Liquid Aminos though, just not the apple cider. Right now, I have both brands of apple cider in my fridge, but I am mostly using the spectrum and may not buy anymore of the braggs brand.

I know that the Braggs liquid aminos aren't raw, although I do use just a bit, my last bottle lasted me 4 years, so I do only use a tad.

The Braggs apple cider vinegar is raw, however, I didn't know the spectrum was, I knew it was unpasturized, but I thought it was heated.
