That's an easy menu to follow. Please tell me, what is OJ you wrote in the recipe? And what is ACV?
Thank you!

Breakfast:
'Beet8' juice - beets,carrots,apple,celery,ginger,greens, or any juice I come up with
OR raw groats, chopped up fruit and almond mylk

Lunch:
Salad or dinner leftovers OR
Raw bread/tortilla with a nut/seed paste which I make ahead of time into a veggie sandwich or wrap.

Snack: raw energy bar (Fav one: cocao, dates, mixed nuts, coconut, chia seed, all processed. I freeze a bunch and just pop it in my bag for the day), fresh fruit, sometimes kale or sweet potato chips from the dehydrator.

Dinner:
I try to get creative for dinners. Find a new recipe online. Last night I had parsnip rice with parsnips, miso, pumpkin seeds, garlic, ginger and sea salt (processed together) topped with veggies and a tahini sauce (adapted from Russell James website). Soup in a high-speed blender is always quick and easy.
I have a big salad if I am lazy. My current favorite salad is kale and chard marinated in lemon, garlic, oil, ACV, sea salt. just rub it all together and let it sit for at least an hour. Then I add rosemary pickled mushrooms, and pumpkin seeds. Perfection.

I am not 100% raw yet but on days when I am I eat as much as I want. Some things are surprisingly filling and you don't need to eat much.

ACV= apple cider vinegar

Also OJ stands for orange juice.

If you don't own a juicer/dehydrator/blender then I would suggest starting out with a lot of whole fruits and vegetables. In the morning, I eat mostly fruit or juice. Lunch usually consists of a big salad of some kind and when I say big you want to have a lot of greens. All different kinds, variety is best (darker the better) and then add in cucumber, tomato, carrot, beets, radish, all that good stuff.

Sometimes I will add avocado (you still need to make sure you're getting enough fat). Also along with that comes nuts and seeds, although with this category I try to use them as "snacking" items and not whole meals.

Have you learned about sprouting? If not there is tons of info on this website to get you started. It's simple. Lots of nutrients and additional protein from sprouts (add them to your salads).

Dinner is usually another salad and some more fruit. Sometimes I go for more "gourmet raw" in this case you can look at Alissa's books she has tons of amazing recipes to try. You won't know you like them until you experiment and try them out.

If you DO have a blender I suggest making friends with smoothies... like some have listed adding greens (this helps to get more greens into your diet). Also juicing... fresh fruit and veg juice does amazing things.

You have so many choices but try something, and see if it works, if it doesn't try the next idea. You can't go wrong with raw. Just makes sure to add variety and don't always eat the same thing, you might get bored and discouraged.

Oh and I meant to add there are a lot of places that carry already-made raw food. Like granola, chips, cookies, etc... I don't own my own dehydrator (yet) so these are the kind of things I treat myself to buying once in a while. Take a stroll around your health food store and see what you can find.

Keep it simple have fresh fruits on hands always. Have veggies cut up ready to snack on. Maybe some raw snack bars to have on hand. I find simple is better. You don't have to worry about sprouting and dehydrating. For me I don't have that much time. So smoothies and fruits are my friends.

Lately I've been having on an average day:

- a quart of green smoothie (bananas, oranges, spinach or collards, sprouts, cacao)
- a quart of raw soup (cream of mushroom, creamy tomato or a blended-salad green soup w avocado)
- at least one big salad a day (usually massaged kale salad w sprouts, grated carrots and beets)
- snacking on bananas, grapefruit, oranges, dates, green cauliflower popcorn, flax crackers w guacamole
- sometimes as a special treat a quart of smoothie w frozen bananas, cashews, agave, vanilla and cinnamon..... YUM!

- sometimes for a meal (breakfast, lunch or dinner) I'll make zucchini noodles w cheezy sauce if I'm craving comfort food. I use 2 zukes and make a sauce from cashews and nutritional yeast, onion, red pepper and lemon juice. YUM!

During summer, my diet is different -- lighter and more fruits and juices. This time of year, though, I want warm comfort foods!! Heavy, creamy and spicy, that's what I crave in the winter.....

The amount of food l eat varies because it hard to control the negative forces that plague us in daily living (work, coarse vibrations of people around us, people watching t.v or listening to certain music and other such distractions), so food consumption will naturally vary depending on all these factors. Sometimes l can eat very little (live on juices), and other times l eat more.

At the moment my diet is very simple and unvaried, but only because l am making up for it in other areas. lf l didn't meditate 4 - 5 hours a night l would have to radically redo my diet, but because l am dedicating my time to accessing the higher vibrations from the cosmos, l can get away with a diet not so complete. + the higher the food and cosmic vibrations one receives, the less varied the food one requires. When one eats mainly fruit and vegies from shops, one requires a much much more varied diet of MANY foods, but when one consumes grasses and sprouts, one needs very few foods. lt is the same with animals, many eat grass all their lives and thrive, the same can happen with humans if they eat the highest level foods with the most electromagnet vibration, that's why the Hippocrates diet can work so well on such a limited spectrum of foods.

* chickpea sprouts
* wheatgrass
* sunflower greens
* kelp
* green algae
* blue-green algae
* sesame seed sprouts
* blue berries
* pears
* peaches

Soon l will have to start consuming alot more chia seed greens soon, this is one of the most important foods a person can have in this day and age.

The key is to consume foods high in predigested protein (foods extremely high in amino acids) because they contain the most sunlight. lf one does this and meditates, one can go by different rules from the folks who consume lower level foods such a green vegetables and unsprouted nuts and seeds. We make diet so complicated for ourselves because we choose to eat many lower level foods, but diet can be so simple and easy if one eats what is most suitable.

I'm on a detox program for the past 5 months and my typical menu looks like:

Fruit all day. I start with a fruit smoothie made with 3-4 cups (frozen and thawed) fruit smoothie blend (melon, papaya, pineapple, strawberry), juice and pulp of 2 oranges, 1 grapefruit juiced, 2-3 cups frozen blueberries.

The rest of the day until dinner I snack on a couple bananas, red grapes and right now - tangerines.

For dinner we have a raw vegan veggie dinner.

If I want something after dinner, I try to stick with fruit.

Yes, it's going well - but no, not 'high' energy, but not low energy either. It's a detox, so some days better than others. I'm getting ready to kick it up a notch, so hopefully more days of not feeling so great as I want to detox deeper than I have been.
