Hi all.
Happy to have stumbled on this forum. I had my first exposure to the raw food world last summer. I was an intern at a place called Creative Health Institute in Michigan for 90 days. What a wonderful experience! I have been a vegetarian for about 10 years but this is a whole new world for me and I love it. Since returning from the institute last fall, I have had my ups and downs with staying raw, it's a daily struggle for me even though I know I feel so much better when I am 100% raw. I am doing raw demo's and tastings at a local produce store on weekends now so am spreading the word. Like me, these people are so happy that it's possible to eat delicious food and know that it is feeding your cells.
