Rawkin lacy

Hello,
I am new to the forum and looking for some general advice and recipes. I have been vegan for 15 years now (Since I was 12!) and am starting to transition into a mostly raw diet. I have bought all the fun tools, dehydrator, high speed blender and processor, and have been diving right into the lifestyle.
My main concern, is eating while I am at work. You see, I do not have the regular 9 to 5. I work as a botanist/ biologist, and in my job, that means I could be camping or backpacking for 2 weeks at a time. Other times, I may be in the field for 3 days and home for 3. In the winter I am home more doing office work, so I have lots of time to make and freeze things for the rest of the year.
I have started making some things in bulk and freezing them, like tortillas, breads and bagels, energy bars, etc... but I am yet to determine the success of freezing, or how long this stuff would keep in a cooler once I take it to the field. Do you have any idea of what things could be frozen and would thaw nicely?
Do you have any ideas for how to stay raw while I am in the field? I bring lots of produce, but with no electricity I need to prepare ahead of time. My job is very physical, I often hike 15 miles a day so I need energy with filling meals, not just snacks. Usually for lunch I make a veggie sandwich, and have some seasnax, rawrevs or fruit as snacks when I am hiking.
