Has anyone read this book? By Gabriel Cousens, I am thinking of buying it. Thanks.

I bought it before I moved to the U.S. but didn't get to finish it before I left, so the rest is still waiting for me in Norway (it's quite the brick and would need its own suitcase).

The parts I did get to read were fantastic. It has all the facts and figures (even based on different cultures/religions) one would ever need on vegetarianism, and it is written very well - I found it very interesting to read.

Ironically I didn't get to the raw food part of it before I left. I didn't even know there was one until I came to California and heard about the raw food movement. But I am looking forward to reading that part when I move back home ;)

Anywho, I recommend the book to anyone who is interested in healthy eating.

I've read it - it's very good. I like the way he writes and he addresses the mental and emotional aspects of eating.

I loved it! It's great to have as a reference, since he has so much information and recipes in it. I thought he was a little unclear in talking about determining if you're predominantly sympathetic/parasympathetic, and he didn't provide footnotes or references to most of his data, but other than that it was a fabulous book!
