Tell me about raw supplies in the UK?

I see there a few other Brits here, so can I ask where you get you Raw goodies/supplies from?

The health food stores within the vicinity are pretty small and not a lot of specialist stock. I made a trip to the WholeFoods in Kensington at the weekend and picked up a few bits.

Previously (about 5 years ago) I put an order in at Detox your world, but I'm not sure if they are over priced?

So tell me where do you buy your supplies of Coconut oil, Spirulina, Raw chic and especially your raw nuts and dried fruit?

Does anyone know if the nuts at Julian Graves are actually raw?

the raw greek is good for olives
many things I can get in supermarkets to be honest - almonds for example will sprout and that is raw enough for me!

I've been pleasantly surprised by how easy it's been to find raw ingredients.

Waitrose has most things!

There's one or two things I'm struggling to find. I'll have to get myself to a health food store.
