Anyone suffered from a bulging disc before? Anyone know of any good info on how to heal and recover from a bulging disc?

if youve never heard of inversion benches ide read up on them . my friend had a very bad disc problem that docs wanted to surgery and fixed it within 2 months of using an inversion bench half hour a day . the benches can be bought at chain stores like kmarts / meijers for around 100
