i'm wondering other then the "let your body tell you" type thing, how much is TOO much in terms of fats/nuts/seeds when your trying to lose weight? what about tahini?

See what your body tells you. See if your clothes are looser and if they are not then you can adjust the intake. It's different for everyone.
