Hello everyone,
My name is Robert and I'm currently residing in Florida. I've been very interested in changing my lifestyle with the foods I eat for various reasons. I want to lose weight. I'm about 30 - 40 pounds overweight and I believe its the reason why I have knee problems. My current weight is 195. I'd like to reach 165 - 155. I've been active my entire life. I was never the kid inside playing video games, it was actually the complete opposite. I love playing football and basketball but my weight holds me back from excelling the way I know I can. I've tried various diets. Only one of them has ever worked. I was weighing 235 at one point and I dropped down to 190. It felt great and I finally started playing sports again. There is nothing more I want other then to change my life for the better. I hope to find some people that can support me through this huge change and I'd love to show my progress throughout this journey. I've attached a recent picture of myself.
