I am not 100% raw, and not even vegetarian, as I have said before, but I am eating more raw, and 10x more veggies than I was just 2.5 months ago. So tomorrow I will have my blood drawn. My physical is next Monday. I am sure hoping for much improved "numbers". Wish me luck, if you like. I would really appreciate it. :)

I had mine drawn last week as my appointment is in 2 more weeks (some of the labs take a couple weeks for results). I'm looking forward to seeing mine too cuz I've been detoxing now for almost 5 months.
