I'm not exactly sure what to think here. I'm not overweight at all, in the "healthy" range for my height, but i've never ever been this heavy before. i used to have a bmi of 18.5-19 and now its 20-21. No, its not because of too many nuts and such, it was from cooked food and i can't seem to get the dang weight off of me. (i'm about 90% right now, going to be 100% starting tomorrow im goin' all the way!)

It is very frustrating and not sure what to do becaaause... im having a lot of cravings for nuts/avos/sweets and i don't know whether to give myself them or to just not. i have like 1/2 and avo a day and a couple almonds/raisins and about 1tablespoon of flax oil on my salad, the rest of my diet is fruits and veggies.

i don't know what to do! any suggestions to get this weight off?

and i know, people are going to say "listen to your body" but i don't want to indulge in lots of sweets and such because then i know i will just gain.

please help!

sounds as though you have gone from a "too low" BMI to an ideal one.

Don't worry about it. Just be 100% raw and it will all balance out - and you do have to listen to your body. Give it what it wants and you'll soon discover that it tells you when it's had enough of something; especially nuts.

no... not really at all. i was the same weight for years and years so THAT was my ideal weight.

i gained weight and i can't get it off. its not normal and feels un natural for my body to be at this weight.

Like I said ... don't worry about it. Eat raw and it will all balance out.
