One might say I have researched my way to where I am today. Currently I work as an EMT/Firefighter, Health Coach and Personal Trainer. I am looking to share ideas and knowledge specifically to raw foods. It is in my 'researched' opinion the only way to truly be healthy.

My average daily intake consists of three large green smoothies. (Kale as a staple (all kinds), swisschard, spinage dandelions, cilantro, Spirulina, vit. c powder, cinnamon, dulse, bananas and berries. Often I will also add oranges, grapefruit, kiwi.. well you get the picture lol. This is my powerhouse and fuels me through recovery from my weekly workouts.

I hydrate daily with spring water with Braggs ACV. I will add raw honey to this during workouts.

I can not wait to meet others who are 'into health,' and share more ideas on new meal ideas!

EMS and Firefighting although high risk and demanding physically are way behind (as most of the world) in understanding the true links to health. Obesity and out of shape folk dominate these fields sadly. The number one killer of firefighters is heart disease. And trust me I have seen guys come out of the kitchen with a plate full of bacon as a meal.... seriously?!!

My motto's are; CHOOSE People over profit, vitality over lethargy and eat to nourish!

Living things move.. healthy things even more!

Pet Peeves? Attitudes and airs... life is to short and frankly, who is impressed by it?

Well, that is a very quick intro.. there is much more to me of course but enough about me.. how about KALE?!!!! hunh?! who's got the best raw food meal for me to try?!

I love honey and Braggs ACV. Since your a fire fighter you might want to know celery and celery juice are great when you get hot.

My favorite meal celery dipped into almond butter that is mixed with honey. Sometimes I do other veggies but this is my favorite.

My favorite green smoothie very simple spinach, water, and 1 cup of fresh orange juice.

Coconut water is natures gatorade its full of electrolytes and delicous.

Welcom to RFT.
