So I haven't been on here for a while because I got off of Raw. I've lost weight though since my last visit and really wanting to get back on raw so I'm back here. Last time I didnt really jump in like I am this time and I'd like to get some input about some essential stuff like any supplements, probiotics, or just whatever that I should be sure I need. I have all my appliance including a juicer, blender, food processor and a dehydrator.

Have lots of fruits and veggies on hand. Dates, bananas, spinach, romaine. You can do it. just stay full on raw foods. eat as much as you want. 3-4 days you will feel a difference.

for me a whole bunch of the proccess has been about having good cheats , as opposed to bad cheats .
such as instead of cheating on potato chips make it healthier roasted seeds or nuts .
instead of cheating on proccessed cooked things cheat on un proccessed / whole boiled or baked
things like steamed vegi or vegi soup .
and when you cave into cheating try to hold off to say weekend then cheat for only the weekend
so you have a cut off point to aim for as opposed to free falling for weeks without one .
your juicer makes your supliments / vitamins beyond B12 which majority say to supp ,
i like JARROW METHYL B12 , can find at amazon.com no doubt . has a gold / yellow label .
banana - avacado - dark greens - citrus fruit - seeds - nuts
