This came from Opra.com believe it or not.
I substituted the truffle oil with walnut oil. Then, to since there were no directions for making cashew cream, I just added 1/4 cup water to 1 cup soaked cashews in the
blender to start.
Very rich just like the real thing!!!
Raw Alfredo
Ingredients
1 cup cashew cheese
3 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 Tbsp. white miso
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
2 Tbsp. truffle oil
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic
Directions
In a high-speed blender, blend all the ingredients until smooth. Add a bit of water for a thinner consistency. Will keep for five days.
