Hi!!

I'm buying a juicer and found one that is a Jack LaLanne. I found it on craigslist for $70 and has been gently used. I'm just trying to find out from someone that knows about juicers (because I don't I'm new to this!) and would be willing to tell me if:

1)Is it a good price?

and

2)Is it a good juicer?

I REALLY appreciate it!

lalanes have a good rep amongst the under 150 centrifugal juicers , ive seen at least 100 people on forums like them over past several years . and that stainless steel pro cost 150 new .
if its truly in good shape to me its worth 70 . theyll froth up soft fruits and waste alot of greens compared to the 250 and above juicers , but amongst the under 150 types lalane pro slightly used at 70
is solid gamble . your next best option would be using bedbathbeyond 20% off coupon to buy a breville centrifugal at 130 after taxes . and ive looked at the lalane pro at stores and its not a fragile peice of junk , well constructed of good materials

thank you SO much. that was extremely helpful. i looked on the bed bath and beyond website and the ones that look good (including the jack lalanne one) were much more expensive so this looks like a pretty good deal. even with a 20% coupon i think this would be a better deal. and she even said she would go down in price!

super excited. thanks so much for helping me out i appreciate it a ton!
