I sleep like a baby now. Not just once in awhile buy every night.
Started raw again on Nov. 16th, My longest attempt at raw so far.
The only time I wake up at night is to hit the head but I go back to sleep
no problem. When I wake up in the morning it feels inspirational.
Anyone else feel this when they were new to raw?
