hi there

i posted a thread not too long ago about issues with going 100% raw because i still live at home (I'm 18 though.)

Update is: I'm allowed to do it! Super exciting, and freeing, I feel like a brick has literally been lifted off my chest (as corny as that sounds!) since I didn't know how to bring it up to my mom, but it just worked its way into a conversation and it was no big deal. She said that SHE wouldn't be strictly raw, but if I feel like I can get everything I need being raw then I can do it.

An issue with myself though is the following and I'm hoping to get some feedback here:

I feel really guilty about making the decision to do this (even though I know i shouldn't and that in the long run I know its going to be better for myself), but I just feel really bad because my mom and I make our meals together (we actually eat very healthily, lots of green salads and whole grains, steamed veggies, organic, etc. just not completely raw) and I feel like i'm going to be taking something away from my mom by doing this.

Anyways, I'm wondering if any of you have had similar feelings/situations and how to deal or how you dealt with it.

Thanks beautiful people!
Namaste
