Just started with raw food, not 100% yet.
It's just fun to read this forum, good tips, recipes and ideas.

I have a question about the Teflex Sheets.
How do you clean them, it is so hard to do LOL HELP!:heart

I clean my teflex sheets in a sink of soapy water. I clean them one at a time so they dont stay in the water too long. If I remember correctly you are just supposed to wipe them off but I dont think that is very easy. I put them in the dehydrator, 1 per tray, to dry them.
