An extremely impressive 3 minute video on the calcium con. We are told that calcium is good for bone strength, but listen to this:

Get your calcium from carrot juice. That is much more natural then sucking on a cows booby.

As Brain said (and he knows from experience with thousands of patients) that calcium plays only a very small part for developing bone density compared with weightlifting which is completely and utterly superior for bone strength. Even minerals like silicon are more important than calcium for bone density according to Dr Brian.

I remember reading a study years ago about calcium/bones. The main points I remember
are , bones density is directly proportional to the stress put on it (Dr, Clement also states this)and Osteoporosis is directly
proportional to the consumption of pasteurized milk in all developed Nations.
