:) Something worth looking into.. The kid did mention eating raw carrots, strawberries & apples... That's why I posted it here. :) I also thought it's something people in general may be interested in learning about.

Hope some of you will find it useful, should you decide to purchase the book. :) I found it on Amazon.

time out jj : pulling not rubbing . you swish the oil back and forth from front of teeth to back of teeth for like 10 minutes every morning , more times if want per day . the oil loosens up stuff on teeth . thias also draws infections out of gums , NOT KIDDING neither . it truly whitens and truly draws out infections

Please reread my initial post. I already answered your query... I said in the very beginning "Sorry, I didn't know what section to post this in...." That is why it was posted here. What section would you have put it in? And isn't that what mod's and the site Admin are for? When people mess up & post in the incorrect section, they help by correcting it?.... At least that's how it's been on every other forum that I've ever owned or been a member of... So if this is in the wrong category, mods or site Admin, please move it to the correct area. I would appreciate it. Thank you.

In regards to oil pulling-- I do that & it really is very nice... But I posted this, because it is something NEW that I have not seen on these, or any other raw food boards before. I just wanted to share it, as I thought some people may find it interesting.. I've read about oil pulling in like 30 different threads on this forum alone, but this book is from an actual dentist, who has over 33 years of experience in dealing with people's teeth & gum disease problems. He doesn't JUST tell you about whitening teeth, he talks about other things, too.. This is also why I posted a video review of the book. The guy in the video tells you what all he talks about.

thread i brought up the oilpulling in case somebody came along and never heard about it so would learn something
