Can someone give me some suggestions for something when I'm stuck with a runny nose, sore throat, don't feel well and nothing raw really sounds good?
I didn't eat anything yesterday for this reason and just stuck to my water and I tried the ACV (yuk!!!!!!!!!!!!!) but just cannot stomach it. I've considered just not eating for another day but I don't know.
Also, can you eat the peelings of mangoes?

Wheatgrass juice is incredible for fighting off cold and flu.
Mangoes are technically a part of the poison oak family. Some people are terribly allergic to the skins. I'm lucky that I'm not, but it's possible you can have a very bad reaction from them.

Livenraw,
When your body is having symptoms and cleansing, what you are doing is the best thing...not eating at all but only drinking water and getting as much rest as possible. Otherwise, either fresh juices or just plain, juicy fruits are best as you want to limit the work the body has to do with digesting food as much as possible as it tries to cleanse, heal and rebuild.
Hope you feel better real soon!

When nothing RAW looks good, then you aren't really hungry, so it's best to NOT eat at this time.
Wait until you really want some melon, cantaloupe specifically is excellent for flu/cold symptoms, of course citrus, and juice etc.
Hope you feel much better very soonly.
