Ingredients:
chia seeds
sesame seeds (do not have to soak)
any flavors you want to mix in or sprinkle over the top
Mix together approximately equal parts chia seeds and sesame seeds.
Add any sweetener or flavor you want or just leave plain.
Mix in just enough water to get the seeds to gel up and stick together.
Form into the shape that you want and about 3/8 inch thickness.
Sprinkle any herbs or seasonings you want.
Place in dehydrator until dried.
Mine were dry in about 3 or 4 hours, but I made them about the size of a fifty cent piece and 3/8 inch thickness.
Enjoy!!!
I think they could even be broken up or made into small pieces before drying and replace popcorn.
Light, crunchy texture. Mildly nutty sesame flavor.
