AWESOME ARTICLE. I especially identify with the quote:

"Hoffman favors metabolic typing, a blood-test-based method of determining appropriate diets. "We are finding that some people must have meat, while for others it's not metabolically suitable. My hunch is that the people doing well on raw food would be shown by metabolic typing to be in the latter category."

I so believe this is true, my mom can definitely attest to this that from as an infant, I would shun all the meat based baby foods yet devour the fruit and veggies, especially butternut squash (which is still my fave); even as I got older, I would "trade" my brother my meat for his veggies!! And growing up I would notice that those few occasions that I would have meat, it just didn't digest well..just goes to show you that your body knows instinctively what it needs.
