just watched a you tube video from Ani Phyo on making maca
ice cream. She uses yacon syrup. :hippy

Greetings. I have used yacon and it has a very malty flavor. I have used it for a few recipes. Stays great in the fridge once opened.

o.k. thanks. Deb, do you have lacuma powder too? if so, youtube ani phyo on lacuma ice cream...oh, I put maca below...I meant lacuma

*Juicing Juli. I have used it in the best ever coffee recipe and in place of maple syrup for some recipes such as chocolate chip cookies, I just halved what the recipe has asked for. i even have maple sugar but haven't used it yet. Hopefully this weekend I can use this time to make some snacks for the family.
