You don't need an ice cream machine, just a food processor

1 bag or 2.5 cups frozen fruit (strawberry is the best)
1/2 c. sour cream (recipe below)
1/2 c. date paste (" ")

puree, stopping to scrape down the sides, blend until smooth. Put it in a rectangular glass, bread dish and place in freezer
until frozen.

soak 1 3/4 cups cashews

Add cashews plus all ingredient below to food processor
2 Tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon ACV
1/2 tsp salt
puree for 2 minutes, scrape sides.
measure out 1 1/4 cup water
add 1/4 of water to processor and puree for 1 minute
second and last 1/4 cup water add but puree only for 30 seconds.
chill 1 hour
store for 3-4 weeks.

date paste
3/4 cup soaked dates
1 tsp lemon
5 tablespoon water ...puree

I know, right? Not sure if you've ever made Alissa's date/nut torte. That's got a lot of lemon in the date frosting. They are a nice marriage!
