Hello!
Of all the things I could miss, I believe the one I would have the most trouble letting go of is cooked, warm Quinoa drizzled with flavored oil and a sprinkling of toasted nuts.......
Nothing else will have the flavor, texture etc. of it this way.
Anyone else struggle with letting go of something?
IS there something that can compare to cooked Quinoa that I could warm and try? I know I will still eat it sprouted...but...not the same LOL

I make a sprouted quinoa salad. With green onions, yellow pepper, braggs, and evoo. You could warm it in the dehydrator I bet it would be good. .

Without question they are good sprouted.
If this is going to be a huge point for you, perhaps you can give yourself permission to have some quinoa once in a blue moon. Make a list of food that you will give yourself permission to eat cook and stay away from the rest. It is far best to stick to 100% raw food no exception for most people, because it is like a drug to us and we will always make exception. BUt if you aren't going to continue raw food because of this, then come with a list of food (organic and VEGAN), that you will allow yourself to have.
Count your blessing and focus always on your accomplishment. The positive that you do for your body counts more then any bad choice.

Its like moving up a grade in school. Yes you liked 11 grade, you miss 11th grade now your in 12th and would never go back to 11th.
