Has anyone here dealt with depression and if so, has being raw helped or healed you of it? How long did it take for you to notice a difference? Thanks

Yes, most definitely. Though depression is typically an indication of vitamin B6 deficiency. You can take quite a bit of B6 and it will most likely remedy the situation. I can't think of any great foods high in B6 at the moment though.

Though here's two I can think of that will elevate your mood.

Raw cacao - cacao will elevate your serotonin levels. Serotonin's make you feel happy/good.

Green juice - For me, and it seems other's have the same experience, that when drinking green juice they feel happy and just in general real good. I like to use half greens and half sweet fruit and make a juice with it. I prefer real dark greens like kale.

Give some of those a try and see how you feel, heck I say give them all a try and I bet you'll feel much better.

Oh, I wanted to add that you will most likely notice a difference instantly.
