Hi all,
First I want to say that I am planning on reading this board from top to bottom as soon as I get off work. I am so happy to finally find others with the same interests as myself. I am new to juicing and I orginally planned on going on a 30 day juice fast. But this morning I juiced for the first time EVER and normally I don't eat breakfast, but afterwards I went straight to the bathroom and then within a few minutes HUNGER took over my body.
My question is this:
Can I juice Mon.-Fri. for Breakfast and lunch ONLY
and on Sat.- Sun. for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner?
Or am I cheating on my fast, or it's no longer considered a fast if done that way?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Read the fasting thread. There is a Monday Fasting club which helped me build into a longer fast. Take deep breaths the hunger will pass. Drink more juice. Don't end your fast today. You can do it.

Thanks for the response. No, I'm not going to end it today. I wanted to know if I juiced for breakfast and lunch during the week would that be okay. As I have a teenager and she's already said shes gonna have to start off slow. And after this morning I so agree.
