Im going to make that. Maybe some of Alissas corn chips. Yummy. You could dip yellow and red peppers in it.

Very creative and looks yummy! I bet it could be used as a sauce or dressing as well.

I like the bell pepper idea! Also, it could be used as a salad dressing or raw taco dressing! I haven't made it yet, but is definitely on my to do list!
