i copied this from another thread i posted in :
morning : fruit - nuts - nut / seed mylk smoothies with fruit - home made trail mixes
lunch / dinner : huge salads with mixed greens / home made dressing of oil - vinegar - herbs / chopped walnuts or sesame seeds / avacado / brocoli / mushroom / tomato / onion / g pepper / etc
my usual staples : bananas - avacado - romaine - dandelion grrens - kale - tomato - onion - walnut - almond - sesame seed - brocoli - mushroom - oranges - cold pressed extra virgin olive oil - apple cider vinegar - garlic clove - fresh parsley - green pepper - dry dates - dry figs - hemp seed - pumpkin seed - sun flower seed - make protein rich mylks out of the seeds in blender that then make fruit smoothies with or drink plain . i feel as though the home made nut / seed mylks are a key , along with dark greens in salads , to raw veganism . thats my opinion as 18th year vegan 6th year high raw , its not anybody elses and i might be stupid so be leary ;-)
juicing : can get good apples still this time of yeat and theyll work good in your centrifugal juicer . same with carrots
ide also start sprouting buckwheat seeds as you can eat them after soaking 6 hours , you strain them several times then pour over home made almond mylk and add fruit / nuts / seeds / dried fruit / etc for a raw cereal
ps - re emphasizing that in most areas you can still get good apples from fall crop today and they work great in centrifugal juicers

Thanks that looks like a great meal planning. I am attempting a juice fast so if you have any more info about that I would greatly appreciate it. I just broke the juicer in with 1 orange, 2 granny smith apples, 1 red apple, 2 carrots and I must say it is really tasty.

There is a great juice fasting thread. MR is a master faster. You will have to experiment and see what you like. There is a thread on favorite juices while fasting. It has the best pineapple "gazpacho" recipe. Pineapple, cucumber, cilantro, and Jalepeno. Only use a little jalapeno. This is a great juice. Try adding some ginger to your juices that takes them over the top yummy.. Enjoy your new juicy life.

its said lemons are very cleansing , theyre said to bust apart internal pollution deposits so they can be washed out of the body . thusly many add lemon juice to juices or drink it in warm water on fasts .
an old fasting drink called master cleanse is warm water / lemon / cayene pepper (cleansing/enhances circulation) / maple syrup
i usually only drink water , though can for months at time get hooked on coffee . but during fasts i keep 100% pure frozen orange juice in fridge for a easy to make decently healthy juice for when i get weak .
i squeeze lime in it . the oj's sugar kick gives me a boost . and frozen is way way healthier then pasturized juice
my richest juice on fast is tomato , most filling . i add fresh parsley and garlic clove to it . parsleys has iron / vita c / more . garlic a germicide

Welcome to RFT! I am just off a 10 day juice fast with my husband. I really enjoyed it. I say I am off, but today is my first day chewing and I have not yet, lol. I posted a list of some recipes we used in the blog area if you just scroll thru. The posts are quite recent so you should spot them quickly. For our own amusement, we used Cron-O-Meter to track our daily nutrition. According to the USDA database, we were eating/drinking waaaaaay to healthy. LOL. Just don't forget to have some green juices each day. Good stuff.
There is also a monthly juice fasting thread available here. Do a banana search or scan the fasting forum area. That might help keep you motivated.
Enjoy your juice adventure!
