I've been cutting down on my facebook time. It's fun to get in touch with friends, but it can be consuming, especially when you get really involved into sending messages back and forth and all that.

lol, I literally had to stage a self intervention about a year and a half ago. I had an app on my phone with alerts set. Very distracting. Now, I rarely go on. I fear a relapse.
