Hello everyone,
I'm from Norway and I'm planning to go over to a more raw food oriented diet. I am already eating more raw foods, but I would like to eat more. I'm not sure if I will ever have a 100% raw food diet, it depends if I'm able to keep it up etc.
I have already noticed some changes after eating more raw, I feel less and less a need to eat sausages, hamburgers etc. Not that I ever was that into unhealthy foods, but I have noticed the change :)
I want to start sprouting beans and seeds, and make nut pastes etc. I know raw foods can be so good.
I do wonder though, do you take supplements of vitamin D etc? As there aren't that many vegetables that contain that.
I'm gonna make hummus from scratch soon:) I don't know if the tahini you buy in the shops has been heated, so I decided to just use sesame seeds instead.
Nice to meet you all :)
