Has anyone found that a raw diet helps their teeth? I have heard that once your enamel is gone, you cannot regrow it. Is there any possible way that a raw food diet could reverse the damage? I have really bad acid wear. I am not 100% raw anymore, but I would love to hear from those who found that the raw diet helped their teeth.

Check out oil pulling! People have had some really miraculous-sounding results doing that. i just started a week ago and already see a HUGE improvement with an old filling that was starting to cause pain and also some serious gumline sensitivity that's almost completely gone now. Plus my teeth are already whiter and less 'jiggly", if that makes sense.

I grew back a chipped tooth while eating raw for 6 months strait. I am re-growing a broken tooth and my other tooth has a filling that is falling out and I can already feel & see it growing back in.

Just looked on the ingredients of my new mouth wash (which I've been liking) and seen that it contains oil. It's pro enamel stuff.

I have good teeth. Never had a filling and my only problem is a chip from a bad fall in the playground as a kid.

They're not very white, that's they're only downfall. :(

I don't suppose eating raw will whiten my teeth though! At least I'll hopefully continue to have no problems with them.
