Day 7 juice fast, not feeling any detox symptoms yet?

When am I supposed to get a healing crisis?


I am on day 7 on my juice fast and haven't had any symptoms yet

Don't worry it will come. I did five days with no symptoms. I started agaain 3 days later and bam I got hit like a brick. Try grape juice... :)

Maybe its just that the body needs to get used to fasting I guess...




So far, I guess my body still needs to gain some awareness.
