Hi everyone,

My name is Daniel, Im 24 and I start today -actually tonight - :) with my second big challenge.

This is a "very before picture", taken around 5 o 6 years ago. I was eating 100% bad food and doing no sports.

I starting running + gym + eating only grilled and boiled food at the beginning, and I managed to change into this:

Yet a great improvement, I got stuck, again, due of a lack in my diet. Today I start a 100% RAW diet and see how far can I reach.

Wow! Nice work.

Yep, adding raw foods only makes it better. Can not wait to see your results!
