Eating raw vegetables gives me acid indigestion. I long to become fully raw yet fear I cannot be healthy when I'm avoiding key foods such as most lettuces-leafy greens, broccoli, bananas, apples... Among a few others. Pretty anything dark green seems to put me down and I'm tired of having to have an Eno's because I had a salad for dinner. Is this relatively normal? What can I do?
