Hi All...

This is for a friend. He found out awhile ago he had H Pylori after an endoscopy. He had weird symptons of throwing up brown acidy liquid. Once he would he would feel better. Also had horrible case of hiccups, that would last hours, until he forced himself to throw up, the brown acid bitter stuff would come out and they would be gone. Now there seems to be no more Pylori after testing. But he is still having this brown acidic throw up, and hiccups. He has tried traditional, non traditional, currently taking chinese herbs hoping it might help. He isn't a raw foodie like me, but I was just wondering if anyone has been through something similiar, or helped it with raw foods, or what you specifically may have done? He has done xrays, etc, Dr's just keep wanting to give him meds that don't work. He wouldn't be adverse to trying some sort of liquid juice fast etc...

He is in his early 50's, I have read stomach acid declines at this age and could cause the digestion problems, not enough to digest. It's odd. So any one with any info... advice. Greatly appreciated?

Hi there,
I'm so sorry your friend is so ill. If your friend is not adverse to juices, I would ask him to start juicing every day, at least in the morning. If it were me, I would also make sure to eat more alkaline foods. I would also take a tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar (raw, unfiltered, with the mother) in a glass of water when I first woke up before eating or drinking anything else. He might have to wait until he has some healing to start that though. Sounds like he needs a good digestive enzyme. But I'm not an herbalist or a doctor, so don't take my advice with anything more than a suggestion to research.

Also, check out pure aloe at http://aloe1.com/. It's kind of expensive but well worth it. I think I used to drink about 8 ounces 3 times a day for a while. I have used this in the past to heal stomach lesions and throat burning from acid. It's pretty amazing stuff.

Do you have an herbalist around there. In my experience, doctors tend to just treat the symptoms rather than get to the bottom of the problem. An herbalist that does Vega testing would be great and I've no doubt at all could help a lot.

Good luck to your friend in his healing.

You could also do some research on celery juice. It's said to be good for acid indigestion and such.

I have no idea on this, but I recall someone asking about stomach acid the other day and it was something I recalled hearing from someone. At least I think it was celery juice....................... I dunno for sure. But people comment about it on the internet for acid reflux anyhow.

You might want to have him read pages 8 and 9 of the Master Cleanse book which describes how ulcers are formed and the healing of one (you can read it for free here (http://healthandlight.com/mastercleanse.htm)). I know he has something different, H Pylori is a bacteria, but it might be a good place to start.

with g.i. tract issues its my amature outlook you go on a RICH liquid diet including ALOT of home made nut / seed mylks , can make fruit smoothies out of if want

with bacteria infection high amounts of vitamin c wouldnt hurt thusly juice apples or tomatos , add garlic clove to tomato juice for its anti biotical properties

good oranges to be found currently , other citrus too , for another vita c source and with fruit its soft so if wanted could eat hat whole or jiced

they say because the iodine in sea weed / kelp / dulse its anto biotical , ive seen some make big claims about it . so could try adding some powdered to sweet fruit juices as the sea weeds obviously sea tasting
