How do I get over this and how long will it take? I'm just eating everything in sight that is raw right now no matter what just to not go get meat!
Does anyone have any insight?
Thanks so much...(next week I'm doing a juice cleanse...maybe that will help too)

I recommend getting yourself a coconut and enjoying some yummy chewy sweet delicious coconut meat instead!
Another good rich food for cravings is nut pate...... very filling and delish.
Or I'll blend up a handful of cashews and make a cashew-creme based milkshake with frozen bananas and nutmeg, YUM!
For me, whenever I'm craving anything, fats are what satisfies! Some people like sweets, too.

Watch the DVD a diet for all reasons and a diet for a new America, this will help you with your cravings. It certainly did the trick for me when i eliminated Dairy in my diet.

I love the juice cleanse. I never was a meat eater but it sounds like your body is asking for protein. Try eating almond butter. I mix it with agave and cut up banannas. Or make a smoothie with it. Chia seed are awesome little things. I make them into a pudding. Love them. Smooth creamy.

Thanks so much for the suggestions. I appreciate it. I think it's PMS (TMI!) But it is better today. Plus probably the snow and cold.
